When you order online, check your quoted pickup time on Toast and the confirmation email. ASAP orders during peak hours (like 5:30 PM on a Friday) can mean long waits—sometimes up to 2 hours. Want to avoid that? Pre-order up to 24 hours in advance to lock in a time slot. Most orders are ready within 10–15 minutes of the scheduled time.
Our ovens are over 30 years old—and sometimes, they need a nap. On Friday and Saturday nights, we’re often at capacity. Your quoted/ scheduled pickup time is just an estimate. Please expect a possible 10–15 minute delay during peak hours. We’ll send a text when your order is ready, so make sure your phone number is correct and keep an eye out.
