We’re a hardworking team working with old ovens and a whole lotta love. We care about your experience. Here’s how to get your pie without the stress.

Online Ordering

We love the rush—but when things get really busy, we may temporarily pause online ordering to let the kitchen and ovens catch up. Check back soon or reach out on Instagram or email if you have questions.

No Phone Orders

To keep things running smoothly, we don’t answer calls. Orders can be placed online through our website or in person at the shop. Need help with an order? DM us on Instagram @buckysnjpizza or email buckyspizzanj@gmail.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Timing Is Everything

When you order online, check your quoted pickup time on Toast and the confirmation email. ASAP orders during peak hours (like 5:30 PM on a Friday) can mean long waits—sometimes up to 2 hours. Want to avoid that? Pre-order up to 24 hours in advance to lock in a time slot. Most orders are ready within 10–15 minutes of the scheduled time.

Old Ovens, New Problems

Our ovens are over 30 years old—and sometimes, they need a nap. On Friday and Saturday nights, we’re often at capacity. Your quoted/ scheduled pickup time is just an estimate. Please expect a possible 10–15 minute delay during peak hours. We’ll send a text when your order is ready, so make sure your phone number is correct and keep an eye out.
